She is inspired by the gastronomic world at home and abroad, different cultures, but also likes to listen to the wishes of the customer. On this basis, her masterpieces are created within the nut and chocolate world.
Fatima was born and raised in 1986 in the town of Tetouan, located in northern Morocco. As a baby, she settled with her parents in Amsterdam. Here she grew up as the oldest of the family with 2 sisters and 2 brothers. After the death of her mother in 2003, she returned to Tetouan, Morocco after 4 years, immersing herself even more in her passion. With the knowledge and skill Fatima possesses at that time, the so-called beaubon comes to life. A combination of nut cake and chocolates with special flavors.
